Reply To: Spark 1.2 Technical Preview with HDP 2.2

Hi All,

I am a graduate student and we in our lab tried to implement the steps provided in this Preview. But we are using HDP 2.1 instead of HDP2.2.
But the word count program is getting failed when the scala shell is called using master-node as yarn. If YARN is not included my program is getting executed.
Is Spark 1.2 is compatible with HDP 2.1.
