I have the same issue. If I go to http://127.0.0.1:8000/ I have an icon bar across the top with the white “About” Icon in the very top left. There is nothing to the left of it.
In the Youtube demos we see that the icon bar is across the top of the rightmost pane, and on the left is a tutorials pane. I do not see the tutorials on the left.
On this page is a table with component and version. There is no “Tutorials” component present. Thus:
