Hello, I currently have a 7 node cluster running with Ambari successfully. The only hiccup I have ran into is the network. I have all 7 nodes connected to a 10GB/s switch with the IP in the 10.0.0.0 range. i also have all the 7 nodes connected to our 172.0.0.0 Network which provides internet.
When i check the Web UI on the “Hosts” tab, I see all the nodes with the 172 IP address. Is there some way i may be able to change the ip address so it uses the much faster 10 network?
I have checked the Ambari-agent conf file and there is nothing that assigns ip to the nodes, only the name node server. Also our 10.0.0.0 network has no internet if that is a requirement let me know.
