Reply To: Kerberos Keytabs and HBase (and Ambari)

Hi Alex,

hbase.headless.keytab is used by HBase user when starting the service. You don’t need to have headless keytab for all HBase users. In a typical HDP env, you will need 3 headless keytabs, ambari-qa, hdfs and hbase.
