Scoop import from sql server

Hi, I am new to Hadoop. I have install Hortonworks on windows and below is the directory structure

C:\hdp
C:\hdoop
C:\hdpdata
C:\hdpdatan
C:\hdpdatann

just want to know
1. where is the hdfs directory location
2. when I will import the sql server table to hdfs, then by default where it will go (as I could not see the hdfs directory).
3. Can I control the import (where ever I want to keep the imported files).
4. How can I import them into Hive.
