The key is on the server, but I had a hard time getting it as well. Here is how I got around it:
Go to keyserver.ubuntu.com and search for ‘jenkins@hortonworks‘
Scroll down and find the entry with link text ‘07513CAD’
Click that link, and then copy the text, including ‘—–BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK—–‘ through the end of the file.
Paste this text into a .txt file on your computer.
Open Synaptic Package Manager.
Click ‘Settings’->’Repositories’->’Authentication’->’Import File Key’ and select the txt file you just created.
Now run ‘sudo apt-get update’ and then ‘sudo apt-cache pkgnames | grep ambari’
There should be some packages listed. If so, it worked.
