upgrade CentOS 6.5 to 7 while retaining HDP cluster

I have a HDP2.2 multi-node cluster in HA config (for namenodes) with Ambari 1.7 running currently.
I want to upgrade to CentOS 7.
Can someone please point me to the upgrade installation page that gives a step-by-step manual on how to upgrade while retaining the data intact .
