This error is actually on the Collector side and not the AMS HBase.
1. What is the version of Ambari being used?
2. Is there low physical memory on the VM that runs the collector?
3. Could you incorporate the small changes that went into: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-12741 ? This addresses the Xmx setting issue for the JVM.
