Hi
I have downloaded the Horton-works vm and changed its name to sandbox.mydomain.com how do I update the name in ambari?
I have already updated the hostname in
core-site.xml, mapred-site.xml, yarn-site.xml, hdfs-site.xml in /etc/hadoop/conf
/etc/ambari-agent/conf/amabari-agent.ini
/etc/hosts
/etc/hive/conf/hive-site.xml
I still see the old hostname sandbox.hortonworks.com in the ambari ui. how do I update that?
I also see this error message
sandbox.hortonworks.com is not sending heartbeats
The hive metastore service is also down.
