Data Node Not starting Please Help

We are running HDP 2.0.6 running on Redhat 5.6

Ours is a 4 node cluster. 3 of the nodes are up and runining. But one of the node is down. On this particular node which is down, the Node Manager/YARN is up and Ambari agent is running – so there is heartbeat.

However when I try to bring up other components (HDFS, Gangilla or HBase) through Ambari , I encounter a timeout error .

Puppet has been killed due to timeout
