HDP 2.1 Sandbox on Hyper-V

I downloaded the HDP 2.1 Sandbox on Hyper-V and configured the network switch. I can connect to the VM and I can logon. I am not sure what to do from here. I am not very familiar with UNIX commands. The instructions say to open a browser and navigate to 192.168.56.101. Is this a browser on the VM or on my laptop?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
