Dear all,
In advance, i’m a rookie in the field, so for some peoples my question could be realivaly stupid, so in advance, sorry for my lack of knowledge.

I’ve written a post on the security topic ( http://hortonworks.com/community/forums/topic/kerberos-and-ambari/ )but after digging a lot to my issue, it appears that the problem that I’m facing is actually a bug in ambari 1.7.0. Bug numbe 8174( https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-8174 ).

I’m actually on the vesion 1.7.0 and this bug has been found on 1.7.0 and resolved on the same version based on the ticker 8174.

My questions:
1. do I have to wait a further release of ambari and upgrade my actual version in order to fix this bug on my set-up?
2.Can I in some way already fix my actual version in order to fix the bug?
2.1 –> I already tried a yum upgrade ambari-server ambari-log4j but yum tells me that No package marked for update
3.Do I have to make a full re-installation of ambari?

In advance thank you for your help.
