The OS I am using is RHEL 6. So the repo link given in Section 1.3.2 should be the right link for that OS.
Thank you for informing about the availability of Ambari 2.1.2. Instead of an upgrade from HDP 2.3 we could afford to do a fresh install of HDP 2.3.2 as our project development is at an early stage.
